Buns Recipe

Olubusayo Adetiloye

Flour 300g
Sugar (Add to taste)
Butter (Little)
Milk (A satchet of Peak or Dano milk)
Salt (A pinch)
Egg (1)
Nutmeg (optional)
Baking powder (3 teaspoons)




1. Get a bowl and sieve the flour inside

2. Add the remaining ingredients inside the flour. Mix it well

3. Add little water to it till it draws small

4. Leave it to rest like 30 minutes before you start frying

Deep frying is required
