Measure half a cup of oats. Blend it dry. You can carry the dry powder to work or even a friend or family member’s house in a ziploc bag to avoid eating their heavy swallow. Yes, I do it hehehehehe.
When ready to eat, put the oat powder in a microwave safe bowl and pour half a cup of water and a tiny bit more.
Mix till smooth, then microwave for 2 minutes.
Remove it and stir.
If it’s too hard for you, sprinkle more water, then microwave for another 2 minutes. Finito
