Tips For Good Health In 2019

It’s been amazing reading everyone’s new year resolutions.

As you resolve to grow your business and be a better person,  do not forget to care for your self.

  • Eat better

Less greasy foods, more heart healthy foods. Incorporate more vegetables in your diet. Practice portion control. Instead of 20 wraps of amala, maybe try 10.. lol.

Drink more water and less alcohol. 8 glasses of water a day is what’s recommended.

  • Exercise

I am not asking you to join gyms, just take daily walks. Walks have been proven to help with the body and soul.

  • Sleep

Learn to sleep better. The body need about 7-8 hours of sleep daily.  I know we pride ourselves on being able to function on 4 hours of sleep. Let me break it to you, by depriving your body of sleep, you are slowly killing yourself because your body repairs itself while you sleep.
