Okra Soup With Ugba and Iru (Locust Beans)

INGREDIENTS 

1. Okra
2. Ugba
3. Iru
4. Pepper
5. Crayfish
6. Oil seasoning cubes
7. Salt
8. Uziza seed
9. Meat
10. Stockfish
11. Dry fish.

PREPARATION

1. Season and boil meat, stockfish and dry fish till cooked.

2. Pound pepper, uziza and crayfish. Add to boiling mix.

3. Add a little oil, add ugba and iru (locust beans).

4. Add the grated okra and bring it to boil but don’t overcook.

5. Serve with swallow of choice.
